Our Approach
At The Garden, we go beyond traditional talk therapy. Using psychodrama and other experiential methods, we help bring inner stories to life through movement, role exploration, and guided enactment. This approach allows emotions stored in the body to be safely accessed, processed, and integrated—often creating shifts that last far beyond the intensive itself.

How a Therapy Intensive Works
We begin with a consultation to understand your goals, history, and what brought you here. Together, we design an experience tailored specifically to you.
One to three days of focused therapy using psychodrama, somatic, and experiential methods in a private, supportive setting.
You'll leave with insights, practical tools, written reflections, and clear aftercare recommendations to support continued growth beyond the intensive.
Ongoing coaching and clinician collaboration are available when appropriate.
